Return policy

At Annie Lingerie and Accessories, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items under the following conditions:

Our return policy is valid for 10 days from the date of purchase. If this period is exceeded, unfortunately we will not be able to exchange or refund your item.

Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused , in the same condition that you received it , and in its original packaging. Unworn , unwashed and with all original tags attached.

Due to the intimate nature of our products, some items such as panties, bodysuits and other lingerie that comes into direct contact with the skin cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they are defective.

Other non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Swimsuit panties or nylon stockings.
  • one- piece panties of all varieties

Partial Refunds: In some cases, we only grant partial refunds, including:

  • Any item that is no longer in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 10 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned item. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.

Delays or Absence of Refunds:

If you have not yet received a refund after confirmation, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account first.
  2. Contact your credit card issuer as it may take time to process your refund.
  3. Then contact your bank, as there may be a processing time before the refund is visible.

Items on Sale or Promotion:

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us by email at info@boutiquelingerieetaccesoiresannie.com .

Gifts :

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped in their own name and then gave it to you, the refund will be issued to that gift giver.

Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be refunded or replaced under any circumstances.

No gift card can be purchased with another gift card or credit note.

 

Return Shipping:

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable . After exchange with us by email. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount, with a minimum of $10.

The time it takes to receive an exchanged product may vary depending on your location.

For any order cancellation or refund, a $10 fee will be applied.
