Return:
At Annie Lingerie and Accessories, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items under the following conditions:
Our return policy is valid for 10 days from the date of purchase. If this period is exceeded, we will unfortunately be unable to exchange or refund your item.
Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused , in the same condition as you received it , and in its original packaging; unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
Due to the intimate nature of our products, certain items such as panties, bodysuits and other lingerie that come into direct contact with the skin cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they are defective.
Other non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Swimsuit bottoms or nylon stockings.
- One-piece panties of all varieties

Partial Refund Cases: In some cases, we only grant partial refunds, including:
- Any item that is no longer in its original condition, that is damaged, or that is missing parts, for reasons not attributable to an error on our part.
- Any item returned more than 10 days after delivery.
Refund:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned item. We will then inform you of the approval or refusal of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original credit card or payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Delays or Lack of Refunds:
If you have not yet received a refund after confirmation, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account first.
- Contact your credit card issuer, as the refund processing may take some time.
- Next, contact your bank, as there may be a processing delay before the refund is visible.

Items on Sale or Clearance:
Only items at the regular price can be refunded. Items on sale or promotion cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us by email at info@boutiquelingerieetaccesoiresannie.com .
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who gave the gift had the order shipped to their own name to then give it to you, the refund will be sent to that person.
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be refunded or replaced under any circumstances.
No gift card can be purchased with another gift card or credit note.
Shipping Returns:

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. This is after contacting us via email. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount, with a minimum of $10.
The delivery time for an exchanged product may vary depending on your place of residence.
For any order cancellation or refund, a fee of $10 will be applied.
